Dr. Irina Sabinova graduated from the Thracian University in Stara Zagora.

• 1994-1997 - resident physician in the Pavel Banya National University Hospital.
• 1999-2000 - resident physician in the village of Sladak Kladenets
• 2000-2006 - Head of the Medical Center in Burgas.
• 2006-2015 - Head of the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center in Pomorie.
• 2015-2017 - Head of the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center in Galabovo.

She is a member of the Bulgarian Medical Association and the Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
